K-CollectorSpoke clearly got out of the gate on this first. They seem to have been working on product and the key privacy issues well over a year before this hype started. It will be interesting to see how the patent issues play out. Especially given the issues the Linked In CEO had in the past with Paypal patents conflicts with other companies.
